1. Nature of the Project
DustySpecials is an independent, non-commercial personal portfolio project created solely for educational purposes and to demonstrate cloud engineering competencies. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Spar, Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Checkers, or any other retail brand mentioned.
2. Content & Trademark Notice
All supermarket logos, trademarks, and catalogue materials belong to their respective copyright and trademark holders. Supermarket specials, prices, and promotional documents are sourced and displayed for educational price-comparison simulation only.
Retailer Compliance Note: I respect the intellectual property and rights of all retail brands. If you are a representative of any featured retailer and wish for specific specials, catalogues, or references to be removed, please contact me immediately, and they will be taken down without delay.
3. Limitation of Liability
Because this is a portfolio and learning project, information (including prices, dates, and product availability) may occasionally be outdated, manually entered, or inaccurate. Users should verify prices directly with the respective retailers before making purchasing decisions. The creator assumes no financial or legal liability for any reliance placed on the data provided on this site.
